Belzona 1511
Belzona 1511
Belzona 1511 is a high temperature paste-grade system for rebuilding equipment damaged by erosion-corrosion. This material can also be used as a a high-strength structural adhesive or for he creation of irregular load bearing shims.
This material has been specifically designed for use in combination with our high temperature coatings. The product’s extended overcoat window of 24 hours reduces the need for grit blasting, significantly lowering application costs and downtime. Under immersion it is suitable for application up to 150°C.
This multi-purpose repair composite is corrosion resistant and performs well against a wide range of chemicals, making it an ideal choice for use in repair situations or original equipment manufacture.
Usage areas: Repair befor High-Temperature resistant coatings, engine blocks, liners, scrubber and exhaust pipework, tanks, pipes, elbows.
