Main Engine maintenance and overhauling
In case of any damages or performance reduction in the main engines or when regular maintenance is required, the units in question are dismantled, cleaning and checks are conducted, any requiring parts are replaced, all necessary measurements are taken, the machines are reassembled according to the instruction manuals and the ship is delivered to the customer.
Auxiliary Engine maintenance and overhauling

The pistons, valves and valve seats of the main and auxiliary engines have to be reconditioned in time or due to the adverse operating conditions (i.e. low quality fuel use, overloading the machinery etc.).
Cylinder Liner honing.
After every 10.000 hours of operation, the polished Cylinder liners lose the ability to retain the oil. As result liner and piston wearing increases by 50%. This situation is neglected generally.
Fuel valve (Injector) maintenance and overhauling
We handle the repair and maintenance works required by the injectors of the main and auxiliary engines due to loss of performance caused by using low quality fuel.
Fuel injection pump overhauling and timing
The performance of the main and auxiliary engine fuel pumps falls faster than the expected service life due to lack of regular maintenance or using low quality fuel and require maintenance/repair and timing adjustments as necessary.
Charge Air Cooler ultrasonic cleaning and repairing
The charge air coolers of the main and auxiliary engines have to be repaired/maintained regularly or because of water/air leaks.
Crank Shaft grinding in-situ
We can grind the damaged crank shafts of the main and auxiliary diesel engines from 200 mm up to 600 mm on board the ship without removing the engine, to the approved limit by the maker and the class society.
Cylinder Block, Cylinder Liner, Cylinder Head grinding in-situ, size up to 1200 mm.
We can grind the cylinder block surfaces, liners and the defective seats of the cover to 0.01mm accuracy on-location.
Boring in-situ size up to Ø 600 mm
We are able to re-boring of any crank shaft bearing housing as well as all types and sizes of propeller shaft bushings to the desired or required dimensions, in-situ.
